Shenendehowa Athletics Announces 2012 Hall of Fame Induction Class

The Shenendehowa Athletic Department has announced the following individuals and one team have been selected for induction as the 2012 Class of the Shenendehowa Athletic Hall of Fame.

The fourth annual Hall of Fame induction ceremony/dinner will take place at the Hall of Springs Restaurant in Saratoga on Thursday, October 4.

2012 Inductees

Betsy Cahill, Scott Dmitrenko, Graclee Gratto, Tim Lewis, Dana Ostrander-Bush, Gene Stefanacci and the 1972 Foottball Team.

The New York State Coaching Course will be offered at Queensbury High School on Aug. 21-23 and Aug. 28-30.

Course I: Philosophy, Principles and Organization of Athletics in Education will be held from 6-9 p.m. The cost is $125 and you will need a book if you haven't taken Course I or III.

Instructors are Bob Jones, ATC, M.Ed athletic trainer and Scott Stuart, Director of Athletics/Physical Education/And Health at Queensbury.

The required book is "Successful Coaching, R. Martens".
