Armen and Levack were live from the JP Honsinger fundraiser on Monday afternoon. And there, they caught up with several local sports figures, including UAlbany men’s lacrosse coach Scott Marr.

While talking with Marr, our duo found out about life on the recruiting trail and the Great Danes schedule for next year. UAlbany will feature eight home games next season, an upgrade from last season.

Furthermore, Marr talked about life after the Thompson's. Lyle graduated last season and now UAlbany will have to find new ways to win.

"Losing the best player in the game is going to have an effect on you, but it doesn't have to have a negative effect on you," he said.

Furthermore, Marr highlighted the use of "team offense" and praised returners like Seth Oakes, who will have a huge impact on the season ahead.

UAlbany opens practice on Jan. 19th in preparation for the 2016 season.
