For nearly two years, sports fans have waited for the return of the "The Notorious" Connor McGregor to return to the UFC. McGregor's last bout was a victory over Eddie Alvarez at Madison Square Garden at UFC 205 in November 2016. The polarizing fighter last fought in a boxing ring in August 2017 when he lost to undefeated and future hall of famer Floyd Mayweather. His oppentent this Saturday night is Khabib Nurmagomedov. The Russian fighter has yet to lose a fight in his UFC career. In fact, Khabib fought was victorious at that same UFC MSG event in November 2016. What does the return of McGregor mean to the UFC?
