Alex Rodriguez is back! But in a whole different way. We've seen him on the set of the MLB Playoffs on FOX, but the former 3-time MVP is trying his hand at a different type of role.

Rodriguez is set to host "Back In The Game", a reality TV show that focuses on helping athletes with financial issues get back on their feet with the help of mentors. No date is set yet for the show, however, it will be on CNBC.

Rodriguez is set to be paid $21 million from the New York Yankees this upcoming season as part of the agreed buyout he had with the club. Rodriguez has made a commitment to life after the game, saying that he isn't thinking about returning to baseball. He sits at 696 career home runs.

Even though A-Rod is hated by many, you have to admit he is great on TV.

Would you watch A-Rod's new show?
