The Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan, can take all the blame he wants for yesterday's 40-32 loss to the New England Patriots, but his veterans know where the blame lies. Ryan is one of them best coaches in the game at getting his players fired up and ready to play, on Sunday his players looked too pumped for the game, and defensive tackle Kyle Williams wasn't happy with the lack of composure.

“I think today probably more than any other game in my career is as teachable and as much of a learning experience for everybody on our team,” he said. “Not just the young guys, I’m talking about for older guys. We have some talented guys but we have to be able to compose ourselves, we have to be able to play football with intensity but we have to be able to play with focus too. Honestly, I believe today is one of the bigger learning lessons that we’re going to get and we’re going to move forward.”

The Bills committed a total of eleven penalties for 140 yards.  Majority of them for undisciplined and amatuer calls such as unsportsmanlike conduct, and taunting.  It wasn't just the players that were undisciplined also head coach Rex Ryan got a penalty after he went off on an official following what he believed was a bad pass interference call.

“There’s a difference between coming out ready to go, fired up ready to play and coming out and being totally without poise, without focus, and a lot of stupid, idiotic stuff,” Williams said in the teams post game “That plays right in their hands. If you have no poise, no focus you get caught up in all the BS, that’s what they do,” referring to the Patriots taking advantage of the Bills penalties. “We did that especially in the first half.”

The veteran realized that it's just the second week, and they have to move onto the next week. “Win, lose, or draw the sun’s going to come up tomorrow and we've got to get ready to play the Dolphins next week. It was the second game of the season.”
