Some actors and comedians seem like they have been around for your entire life. Paul Reiser is in that group. Reiser is performing in Saratoga in October and was nice enough to join 'The Drive with Charlie & Dan' on Wednesday.

The 67-year old film, television and streaming star is taking to the road for, as he described to the listeners, his favorite thing to do, stand-up comedy. Paul Reiser hit television screens in the early 1980's. His popularity exploded after he joined Eddie Murphy in the Beverly Hills Cop movies, then co-created the hit TV series Mad About You with co-star Helen Hunt.

Unfortunately, for us and the listeners, some of the questions were limited because of the strike going on between the production studios and the Screen Writers Guild. Reiser was very nice about it. We could mention Reiser's television shows and movies but couldn't go into specifics. It didn't matter. Reiser delivered an interview full of his unique perspective and quick whit. The kind that put Reiser among the top comedic actors over the past four decades.
