Cremo Wins 3rd America East Rookie Of The Week Award

UAlbany men's basketball guard Joe Cremo, was named the America East Men’s Basketball Rookie of the Week once again. This is the freshman's third Rookie of the Week honor this season.

The Capital Region native's 16 points was a major contributor in Albany's win over Stony Brook on Wednesday. The 82-70 win was nationally recognized, as they put a end to the nation's longest active win streak. He is currently the third highest scorer on the team with 10.3 ppg, and has seen his minutes go up in the second half of this season.

With the team set to lose its top three scorers next season, Cremo's contribution is only set to rise over his tenure at UAlbany.
