There was a comment made by Woody Johnson in his press conference that can make one believe that the problem here was never Rex or Idzik but was the owner himself.

How does Woody Johnson still not have a preference in whether the head coach or general manager should be hired first!? Did we not learn last year what happens when you bring in a general manager that doesn't get along with the head coach?
