It is no secret that Kevin Huerter's current relationship with the Sacramento Kings isn't the best.  Head coach Mike Brown appeared hard on Huerter several times during the season and Huerter battled injuries throughout the season too.  The Kings also fell well below pre season expectations and overall the organization was frustrated as a whole.  Any team would take Huerter with open arms as he is a lethal shooter and a great defender especially on the perimeter.  Below is my quick take on this as seen in The Times Union:

Kevin Huerter is one of the best three-point shooters in the NBA but he might with another team next season. The Sacramento Kings have Huerter in multiple trade packages and there many teams out there who would live to land the Shenendehowa grad and first round pick out of Maryland. Kings Head coach Mike Brown is changing his philosophy trying to become more of a defensive team and that would the reason for the trade. No matter we're Huerter ends he will get paid handsomely for his ability to make three-point shots.

The NBA is so cutthroat nowadays and there is just no loyalty anywhere.  Huerter was such a good player with the Atlanta Hawks and has been with the Sacramento Kings too.  I hope wherever Huerter winds up this season is a desirable destination for him and his family because he deserves it.  He is making a speedy recovery after shoulder surgery and has been getting shots up daily.  I can't wait to see what the future holds here for Kevin Huerter.
