The Yankees take on the Red Sox tonight in a game three rubber match for this series. last night Yankees rookie Luis Severino represented well in a loss. So tonight the Yankees need a similar(if not better) start from former ace CC Sabathia. Basically they need CC of old not old CC.

The Red Sox are having a really down year but still beat Severino and the Yankees last night. The loss had a ripple effect as the Toronto Blue Jays out slugged the Minnesota Twins 9-7 and gained a game on the Yankees. Jays are now only 4.5 games back in the AL East after adding Troy Tulowitzki and David Price at the trade deadline.
