Saturday night's CAA conference game between New Hampshire and UAlbany is certainly an important one.  UAlbany is coming off of a blowout loss at Baylor in Waco Texas last Saturday while New Hampshire is coming off of a 10 point victory over Monmouth.  UA has had UNH's number recently winning several of their last few matchups.  It should be a very competitive game as when these two teams play it usually always is.  Here is my quick take on this from The Times Union:

It’s only the first CAA conference game of the season for the UAlbany football team on Saturday, but a win over New Hampshire could set the tone for the rest of the season. The game is at Casey Stadium and with a big crowd expected to watch, the Great Danes can prove they are a lot better than the preseason prediction which has them finishing next to last in the conference ahead of only newcomer Hampton. There were plenty of bright spots coming out of the 69-10 loss at No. 10 Baylor, and a major step up in competition to open the season can only help when Head Coach Greg Gattuso and his Great Danes hit the field for their home opener on Bob Ford Field.
