The NFL approving the Raiders move from Oakland to Las Vegas is all about dollars and cents and ESPN business reporter Darren Rovell helps us make some sense of it all.

I understand the move, given where the Raiders rank in the league in total revenue and the franchise's desire to have its own stadium (not one it shares with the Athletics), but as someone who has never experienced one of his teams moving to a new city, it's easy for me to accept. What I cannot accept or understand is the front the NFL is still putting on by condemning the legalization of sports gambling. Through game spreads and later fantasy football, the NFL and gambling have forever been linked. Now with a franchise, one of the most renowned in league history, in the gambling capital of the world, the two sides are joined at the hip.
