The Best Part of NBA All-Star Weekend & It Isn’t Even Close
Some of the dunks end up on posters or to be a little more mainstream, they end up on Snapchat and in Instagram stories, but the dunk contest lacks the star power and big names it once held and attracted. The All-Star game itself has its moments when the players actually decide to play defense, but those moments are too far and few between.
The clear winner of every NBA all-star weekend is the 3-point shootout. There is nothing better than the drama and excitement that builds as a shooter gets hot. Oh, by the way, it's also an event that brings in some of the game's best shooters and this year, it brought out the best to ever shoot a basketball: Steph Curry.
