Watch Kevin Huerter’s Hawks Press Conference [VIDEO]

Early today the Atlanta Hawks introduced the 2018 draft class of Trae Young, Kevin Huerter and Omari Spellman. We here in the Capital Region are clearly excited about our own Kevin Huerter. Kevin looked comfortable as always and with the exception of one answer the press seemed to be truly hopeful for the new Hawks. The only answer that caused a stir from the press was when Huerter said he looked forward to his favorite NFL team the Giants win in Atlanta over the Falcons.

This looks like a good young core to build a future around for the Hawks. I especially like when Huerter referenced his High School friend in the Braves organization. I am clearly not a Hawks or Braves fan but if Huerter and Ian Anderson are tearing it up for their perspective teams I will have to show some love for sure. It's early but fingers crossed both of Shen's kids have found the right teams to start their careers with.
