White Sox And Royals Benches Clear 5 Ejected

Who doesn't love a good baseball brawl? The benches cleared during Thursday’s game between the Chicago White Sox and Kansas City Royals after Royals pitcher Yordano Ventura and White Sox outfielder Adam Eaton exchanged words.

Ventura reacted absudly to a one hop hit up the middle that he caught.  As he threw out Eaton at first base he yelled f*** you to the outfielder. Eaton, clearly didn't try to hit a one hop to the pitcher, as the point of the game is to get on the base. "you can watch the video, but I think when he came at me with the two-step that he did, and then he said something, I was a little thrown back by it," Eaton said. "And then I had some words for him. ... He's a heck of a competitor, a heck of a pitcher. He wouldn't be where he is if he wasn't that way. I'm the same way." Eaton said. 23-year old Ventura, is set to be the future of the Royals after finishing last season with a 14-10 record.

Kansas City's Edinson Volquez, Ventura and Lorenzo Cain, were suspended while Chicago starting pitchers Jeff Samardzija and Chris Sale were also tossed.
