RODGER'S QUICK TAKE: Kevin Durant will be 14 months removed from his ruptured Achilles tendon injury when the NBA season resumes, and there is no good reason why he can’t make his Brooklyn Nets debut.  Durant won’t return because he doesn’t want too, and that tells me all you need to know about KD. If nothing else, Durant could use the 22 team tournament as a tune up for next season when Kyrie Irving will return, and the Nets could be one of the best teams in the NBA.
