
Healy Named America East Preseason All-Conference; Danes Picked 4th in Conference
For the second-consecutive year, the University at Albany men’s basketball team has been picked to finish fourth in the America East this season, the conference office announced Thursday.
Cam Healy, who led the Great Danes in scoring last season averaging 16.0 points per game, broke the school record 9 three pointers in a game last season. Healy also finished the season with 104 made three pointers, also a school record. Healy also set a new freshman-season program record with 512 total points. Healy was an America East All-Conference Third Team and All-Rookie selection in 2018-19.
UAlbany will open the season at home against Lehigh. Tipoff is schedule for 7:00 p.m
