Does LeBron James or Dirk Nowitzki have more on the line in the NBA Playoffs this year?

LeBron James and Dirk Nowitzki have plenty on the line in the NBA Playoffs this year.  Both have been criticized, blasted, ripped and called out in the past for not winning a championship.  There is a good chance that one of them will win that elusive first ring this season.  Who would benefit more from winning a championship?  It's not who you might be thinking of initially.
